Ugh! I hate the this past month the site has been going down so frequently.

I chat the tech support everytime I notice it is down.

Annoying but not a big deal. Besides, you are not to blame.  :)

it went years without issues... and then suddenly it is dropping almost daily, and sometimes multiple times a day... ugh....
