Well, one reason that I have been so quiet the last couple of weeks is because my dog has been sick.
Normally, she would start nudging me around 8 am to tell me it was time to cook breakfast (i.e. I cooked for both of us and she shared what I made -- usually scrambled eggs with potatoes, shredded cheese, and sausage bits mixed in).
But a few weeks ago she started refusing it, and then refusing all other food as well, so we have spent a lot of time at the Vet's office, and she even had surgery Friday.
Happy to say that she is home, and appears to be doing well, and is eating again, so all is well there.
I am hoping to be fully back up to speed by the end of next week (after she is more fully healed from the surgery).
