Title: Official Pre-Generated Characters Updated

I have updated all of the Pregenerated Characters today, so that they match the version 0.28 Open Beta of the rules.

This included new descriptions for each, which are also part of a 2 page overview of the Pregens which is now part of the Pregen PDF in both Quickstart modules.
