Title: Novus Open Beta version 0.4 released

In case you don't always visit the front page of the website, I thought that I might post here as well.

Version 0.4 of the Novus Open Beta has been released. The Deluxe version has a full index and some art (not all of it final), and both it and the free version can be downloaded from RPGNow.

Also, I have updated the 2 issues of Libram Novus (minor updates) to account for changes made in ver. 0.4 and I have also updated the character sheet in the downloads area of the website.
