I just picked up the Novus rulebook and I'm eager to give it a try. I wanted to see if there is any interest out there for a game, even if it's just a one-shot. Thanks!  (http:///smile.gif)

We had a game going on the forums here a while back, but it ended as folks dropped out.

Personally, I am almost always interested, but my day is gearing up for the holiday season, which means even less and less time available for much outside of work over the next 2 months or so.

Once things settle down after the holidays, I  am looking at running an online game -- a mix of play-by post, with the occasional foray into the chat rooms I have setup on the site (for a bit of semi-live action).  This would be a game set in Tyrlon, the official setting for Novus.....

My day job -- working doing telephonic tech support for Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod). I don't actually work for Apple, but for a company contracted by Apple to provide support. So that makes from now until the end of January one of our busiest periods.

Once things slow down a bit, I can working getting together what would be needed to run a campaign....

Modric, Tim,
If one of you start anything in Novus, you can count me in.
I am currently involved in a PBM in The One Ring and a friend of mine is likely to start a Conan campaign using Runequest 6. I will definitively find time for a Novus game though. I  run some sessions now and then with my son and those are definitively great experiences. There are plenty of options I would like to try in Novus, especially in the magic area.
BTW Tim, did you have time to work on Tyrlon?

I have so many things that I am currently working on...

here is a quick preview of some of it...
1) Tyrlon (ongoing, and going slowly)
2) Psionics for Novus
3) Full Alchemy rules for Novus (may actually, combine these with the rules form Libram Novus 1, and a few other snippets to make a Magic book)
4) Monster Creation spreadsheet tool....
