Verun, the innkeeper and apothecary. His precocious twelve year old son, Jafry, has gone missing while out searching for herbs. It has been 2 days now.

You and your friends had been traveling, escorting a merchant from one town to another, and stopped for the night in this quaint village, at the inn owned by his friend Verun.

During your first day of searching, you have found what looks to be the scene of a scuffle, with tracks leading out towards the north. The ones who made the tracks appear to be dragging what could be a prisoner....
