Viklin is an Aeshi (Dwelf) Sohei/Sohei, which is sometimes referred to as a Warrior Monk. Viklin and his sibling, Beskar grew up in a monastary in Bryni Weall, the Wall of Hills between Utara and Duin Weald, also called the Dark Woods. Not only is Viklin one of the largest pure-blood Aeshi ever seen, but he is also a natural Martial Artist. Upon reaching the rank of Jasriq (Ainu for Young Fist), he set out on his journeying so that he may one day return to the monastary and become a Master himself. Viklin fight either unarmed using his Martial Arts, or using one of his Weapon Katas (Dagger, Monkey Fist, or Quarterstaff). While travelling he comes across as always calm and perhaps unemotional, but he is actually caring and helpful to everybody.
