Hyb Ciuin will not be using fully fleshed out NPCs like the above for the most part, but yes, if you want, making Characters to put into an online character library for free download would be great.

And when uploading the character, please include a small blurb that can be used in the download description.

Do you have a template you want us to use (like the creature template you have used) or are the PDF character sheets OK?

For the public downloads, the Character Sheet is good. In fact, let go ahead and make a variant of it (where you have a second page that can be used for background and other notes).
