Patches is a Dvargr (Dwarven) Rogue/Thief. He is also an orphan who grew up on the streets in Hyb Rasil. Patches gets his name from the patchwork coloration of his skin from an accident that occurred when he attempted to rob an alchemist once. He then worked as an indentured servant and guard for the alchemist to pay off his debt for the chemicals that his accident destroyed. He has since found various odd jobs before going adventuring. Patches likes using his hatchet in combat, though he will fall back on using a baton if he is trying to be less lethal. He often appears to be simply quiet and thoughtful, but he is actually very guarded and watchful of others.
