Vialle the Archer
Long limbed and lean, quite like the curved longbow that he carries, Vialle can be found wandering the lands in search of adventure. Hailing from a rural human community somewhere in the southern plains which bordered vast woodlands, Vialle left his home long ago in service of his true love, the art of archery. He can be found traveling from place to place to engage in archery tournaments or hiring his skills out to adventuring companies or at times as hiring on as a mercenary.
Vialle has long dark hair which he keeps tied neatly in a pony tail, but has a clean shaven face. His black eyes are a bit large, nose a bit flat, and he has a high forehead and long chin; altogether a forgettable face. What is not forgettable however is his passion for archery and his growing skill. Players are likely to run into him at archery contests or traveling between destinations.
As a boy he would take to the woodland eaves and shoot game. He became a respected hunter even as a youth; but his greatest lesson was what he learned one day as he was out shooting for fun. He spied a bird and let off an arrow, striking home and felling the bird. Standing by the stricken creature he watched as it died and heard a chirp of noise from the tree above. He climbed the tree and found several young birds in a nest. His spirit was troubled as he realized what he had done. Taking the young birds home, he cared for them until they were old enough to take wing and fend for themselves. He learned the power of the bow that day and swore never to take life wantonly. As a reminder of this to himself, his livery is a white bird in flight carrying arrow in its claws. This livery is embroidered on his cloak and garments. During his travels he studies the habits of birds and is knowledgeable about many varieties; in addition, Vialle can mimic numerous bird calls.
Vialle is willing to partake in any adventure that comes his way and is keen to engage in archery contests of skill and showmanship; however his personal code of ethics precludes him from the taking of life without purpose or just cause; and he will not kill for sport.
Vialle is 6' 3" tall, weights about 210 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He is about 27 years old and male.
