I am going on vacation for a little over a week.  Have fun talking about the strange characters (if people are still playing this game, hehe).  Cya when I get back.

I'm back from vacation.  I hope to get caught up on all of my PBP games tomorrow sometime.

And I just started my new job yesterday (will be doing Tech Support from Home for AppleCare -- I work through Kelly Services in their AppleFlex program). The entire first month is going to be devoted to training!

So, I may be a bit slow to respond now and then...

That's good Tim, I hope it works out for you.  I think my wife wants to start staying home more with my son... so I may have to get a second job or attempt to just get a better one where I can work more hours.  If that changes I'll let you guys know.

yup, am in training right now...

this is tier one support, so nothing too technical (not like my last stint doing tech support (which was tier 2), but I am getting to learn lots of great stuff, and everybody I am working with is fantastic!

The best part is that I get to do it here at home. Which means, since I have the iMac they sent me sitting next to my PC, then when things are slow and I am waiting for calls to come in, I can simply turn a little to the left, and work on other things.

The game seems to have lost a good deal of its players over the time that we have ran it.  Are people still interested in continuing the game?

I am eager to go on but it's true that we have difficulties finding our rhythm.

It seems to go well for a time, and then really slow down.  It is the Summer though, so maybe that is part of it.

I am all still for playing it, but next couple of weeks (more specifically, this coming week) are not going to be good for me (see http://www.firehawkgames.biz/forum/index.php?topic=1009.0 for the reasons why).

I have been debating about this.  With the high number of people that have signed up and then dropped out I think I'm just going to call this game.  Thanks for playing everyone.  It is just hard to run a consistent game when you aren't sure who the player characters are going to be. 

I'll post a wrap up post in the IC thread to finish the game.
