Hi!

I was looking through Libram Novus 7, and the guidelines about creating custom races. In particular, my question is about the Racial Abilities: are they the same as Talents? I could find some of the racial abilities in the talents' list in the core book and in LN3. But some racial abilities are (obviously) specific of some races, like the Humans' Adaptability.

Are there guidelines about creating talents/racial abilities? How to estimate their CP cost?

For the racial abilities that are not in the Talents lists (and they are not there because other races should not be able to purchase them as talents), I did try to make sure that the prices were comparable to similar talents

Use the existing talents as your guidelines for creating new talents...

As I was entering the stat bonuses in Excel, I saw maybe some typos, all related to Aesyrs. Maybe, Tim, you will want to have a look at it?

Skill Flexibility (6 Points):



I think that the sum of the Special Abilities should be 21, not 20.

Stat Modifiers (0): +2 Con, -1 Spd, -1 Spd, +2 Str



I think that one of the Spd stat modifier should be a Dex modifier instead.

Yup, that should say 21 there, but at least the total point cost for the race is still correct... Yeah, that one SPD should be Dex....
