I spend quite a lot of time roaming the interwebs, often looking for stuff on gaming (mainly to distract me from the things I should be doing It's not much, but it made me think about the way I run games.

interesting, thought I don't agree conmpletely with the blogger, I think that he underlines some very valid points.
Somewhat related, an old article that I read some time ago and, like this one, made me think about my games: http://ptgptb.org/0027/theory101-02.html

That's an interesting article, although a bit forgeish for my tastes.

Did you see the article on people with Horns growing out of their heads in China yesterday? Now that was very interesting.

It was very weird and the pictures were even stranger. There was an elderly woman that was happy she was growing a second horn on the opposite side of her head where she had the first one grow in. One man had a 6 1/2" horn but no picts that I saw.
They said it was just like finger nail tissue that started growing and even if they cut it off it started to grow back. Sort of reminds me of HellBoy filing his horns down in the movie. It also almost made me believe in Oni and other mythical creatures of the east.

The Tree Man, was a show I watched on the Discovery Channel I think, where he had these bark-like growths all over his body.  In the end they removed them all, but I think they started coming back again slowly.
