It seems odd that an extra normal action costs 4 points and Cheat Death only costs 3 point, other than that seems good.
Cheating Death does not save your character from injury, only from being killed. So they would most likely end up still being severly injusted, just not dead.
The extra Full action though is a very powerful boon (cheat death is powerful too, but we want characters to survive...
