Question about Novus Logo

Ok, so I am changing the rising sun image to something a little less chunky.
The word Novus will still be in the center, but do you like it using normal letters?
Or like in this image (note that all but the "O" is in normal letters)

I think any special character would have to refer to a "background" element. For example, your proposed "O" has a celtic feeling to me which makes sense with what we know of Anwyn. Someone not familiar with Anwyn may miss this reference.
What about including a visual reference to Firehawk Games (the Firehawk wings could be expanded to make a nice "V" above the rest of the word Novus).

It is an image, not a special character. It is a triple yin-yang type image.
I may keep the image, but use it for something else rather than use it here, as after putting it in, it may make it too busy overall.
