Formatting Issues with Forum

For some reason, my tables, colorization, and font changes are just coming up with HTML? Has a setting changed on the forums?

it is an oddity witht he bbress forums (hence the reason I am also slowly working towards getting this site (the static pages) copied over to my personal site, so that I can convert these forums (and the entire site) converted over to SMF forums so that things will look better overall...
