I will be releasing it up on OBS (RPGNow and DrivethruRPG) later today most likely - still have a few finishing touches to add to it (back cover text, an extra intro about the Open Beta (to go on the Credits page -- it will go away later on as the Open Beta draws to a close).

As for announcing it, I will send out an email blast after it is up (I have close to 2k email addies from my email archives alone over the past 10-15 years), not to mention posting announcements on several forums (though not on the ICE forums, of course...).

Of course, you guys can help... Just be willing to talk about it in places other than here...
