High stats value

Will there be any high stats value "bonus" in Novus or in any Libram ? like what does it mean to have 20 in strenght and what 30 mean ?

I just finished reading "The children of Hurin" and alot of the first men seemed to have really high stats value and I remember an old Rolemaster companion (probably RMC2) that had a system for people having really high stats value (more than 102)

I guess that you are looking for special effects related to high stat bonuses, right ?
Something like: when you reach 22 in strength, each of your blows moves your opponent by 5' or you are able to use a two-handed weapon single-handedly ?

First -- welcome to the forums!!

Secondly -- that sort of thing is always possible. I currently have a list of other projects/ rules expansions first, but eventually I will do something like that (as I thought the concept was always cool myself...)
