"Bare Bones Edition" of Novus?

Well, with the release of the final version of Novus, I removed the free version from RPG now.

But, I have been thinking... Should I perhaps re-release it as the "Bare Bones Edition" for maybe $2 (Thrifty is $5, Deluxe is $9)?

Would like some feedback on this...

(Note: I will also eventually be doing a Kindle/epub version of the rules as well in the near future...)

I vote no.  You've already given it away for a year.  IMO i would release a barebones edition as part of a setting book (as in have both game and setting included).

Well, I have already released the Bare Bones version. And while it has not sold as many copies as the Deluxe version, about 1/3 of the sales have been of the Bare Bones version.

When I get around to running NOVUS for my gaming group, the Bare Bones edition will be a great entry point for my players. They tend to print copies for quick access to rules at the table and a version devoid of art will be more printer friendly.  Of course when the game becomes available in print they'll purchase that too.

I certainly wouldn't mind...
