Six races re-created with in NOVUS for use in a Jaiman Campaign. Character generation allowed PCs from weaker races to spend the difference in cost of the racial package on Talents or Skills (subject to GM approval of course). So, the highest cost race in play was the Nomri (21 pts) then a Zori Character would gain an extra 4 CPs to spend at Character Generation.
